The entire team is extremely knowledgeable, demonstrating expertise in all areas of marine electronics. They complete their work promptly and with the highest level of professionalism.

Kevin, in particular, has been exceptional. He has consistently resolved numerous complex issues with the navigation equipment on my yacht. His advice and recommendations regarding equipment have always been accurate and reliable.

Once again impeccable service! Truly 5 star! We had a small window to find a complex issue on brand new yacht and get it sorted before departing the US. Kevin made time to fit in to our schedule. Had Kevin come over from Concord Marine to help with a few gremlins in our system and he was awesome.
He worked through everything carefully and fixed a bunch of things. He also answered all our questions and explained the systems very clearly. Nice guy and knows electronics.

Kevin came to diagnose our SEA AI and send it out for repair. He then came back to look at our Garmin Auto Pilot. Three previous Sea Trials with another company and no one could find the problem!! Kevin diagnosed & fixed it in 1 day! AND, got our SEA AI serviced and installed. He is a great technician!!!

Had Rich Hoglievina from Concorde come down to the boat to trouble shoot issues we were having with the KVH tracking and some crestron issues, he showed up on time and resolved all of the issues in a timely manner, thank you for everything

What can I say Rich is the man. Have known him over 20 years working on various boats that I have been on. Current boat is 68 Princess.owner has had problems with stereo installation since day of install.(by another company in Ft. Myers). Rich found and repaired so many problems it would take a book to list it all. Another project he tackled was to organize under the helm. It was a dirty disaster. In doing this he found many issues with connections and the back bone.
I like that everyone at Concord know to protect the area they are working in and also clean up and take their trash with them.
Overall Another excellent experience working with Rich and Concord.

Choose Concord Marine for your next marine electronics project! We used Concord for a $130k electronics refit on an 2005 Ocean Alexander and the owner of the vessel and I could not have been happier with the result. Everything worked PERECTLY during our first sea trial, and still is after a ten-day trip to Bahamas. Rich Hoglievina and Josh Musgrave are probably the most professional and experienced electrical technicians I have ever worked with. I was particularly impressed with their dedication to my job. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed within a very tight time frame, and in fact, completed their work a week ahead of schedule! They pushed through temperatures of almost 100 degrees during an AC failure and displayed impressive flexibility whilst other contractors worked around the vessel. For every question they had and answer and for every problem they found a solution. Concord Marine, as well as their amazing technicians are my first choice for any electronic concern or project going forward. I’d highly suggest you call them today for yours as well.

Concord Marine sent Rich Hoglievina to troubleshoot our ip camera system. Without even knowing the camera system, he got the system up and running by calling tech support and doing a master reset on the system. He went above and beyond to explain the system to me and also get the app going to control the system remotely on my phone. I highly recommend Concord Marine and Rich to get your vessel sorted out. I won't use any other company to work on my yachts.
