I'm pretty tech savvy but there are certain things I prefer to trust to the professionals and they have always stood behind their products and the work they do. Negative reviews you see here should be questioned as the service I have recieved is always 5 stars.

Excellent assistance with both my iPhone and laptop!

I had struggled with issues for days and when I took both iPhone and laptop to Crackerz everything was resolved so quickly.

The tech support at Crackerz is top notch - and they are so nice!

Over 49 1 * reviews, They want you to pay upfront and when they don't deliver the only way to get your money back is to take them to court. Petty thieves. The guy at the Abbotsford store lied to me, it took them over 2 weeks to return my laptop, they kept on making excuses and finally when I got my laptop the bill was higher than we agreed upon, they lied and said it took extra work, my computer came back in worst condition. They refused to rectify the problem. They also charge $40 for estimate paid in advance . Stay away from Crackers, they will rip you off. They have lots of bad reviews on facebook and Google.

Straight forward, very nice, good communication. Got it back within the same day, Xbox Series X console's HDMI out was broken. It was done within 4 hours of drop off. Thanks for the service!

Definitely won’t recommend Crackerz Technology Inc to anyone!!! Friday I took the day off from work to get my IPhone screen replaced showed up there at 9:45 am.
They open at 10:00 am I was the first in line then 4 other customers came now it’s 10:30 am and still not open the one lady in line knows the owner so she gives her a call to let her know that the store wasn’t open yet.
The owner couldn’t come down to open up and she couldn’t get ahold of anyone else to open the store - go figure.
She was hoping that one of the technicians would show up by 11:00 am - I waited until 11:10am then left.
Crackers wanted me to drop off my phone for a hour to replace the screen and charge $200.
Ended up going over to GURU’S Phone repair on Fraser highway right beside B&W Insurance walked in 15 minutes later walked out and it only cost me $115.
Would HIGHLY recommend GURU’S Phone repair to anyone very polite and friendly and won’t over charge you. 5 STARS for sure !!!

Absolutely worst experience ever with this group. Please do not drop your computer off. We dropped our computer off for Repair. They broke the screen and they did not take responsibility. They also I’ve had my computer for over three months every time you call to talk to the manager they keep on saying she isn’t there Avoiding me at all cost.

Thank you to Julie for being so helpful and listening to me vent. I went back to try submitting the number into the Chatr website again it was not possible to remove the dashes in spaces. Still not working. Thanks anyway
