Very cute items for the home and for children! The staff was nice and they have unique furniture, it is a bit pricey but fell in love with a pinboard and some play horses for my family!

Yikes! I don’t care that it’s an outlet, the staff should know at least SOMETHING about the furniture. I wanted to know fabric content and care instructions and you’d have thought I was asking for a new kidney. One woman was very nice and tried, she asked the manager for help once he finished with the employee he was working with. He never came over to help. The other gentleman working there was a bit of a….. well I won’t spell it out. He walked away from me while I was talking to him. I was also there to buy a rug. We went to look at them and there was a rope blocking the aisle so it was “sorry, no rugs today!” Unbelievable.

Always a pleasant experience when going to this Crate and Barrel outlet. There are plenty of really good quality items from the full line store here, but at a much discounted rate.

Also, the store associates are always very friendly and helpful. If you need to go to crate and barrel, I suggest going to the outlet first and checking it out.

I’ve visited this store for a year+ now and have consistently had the best experiences (with employee helpfulness/kindness and with finding several furniture pieces for my home). Furniture pieces start at 40% off and decrease the longer they’re in the showroom! All pieces I’ve bought have had very minor flaws.

Going on a truck delivery day is not for the faint of heart though - wear your tennis shoes, sip some coffee, and get ready to speed walk!

First time here.

A lot of scratch and dent furniture here. Some of it was really good shape, some of it pretty beat up. Maybe things that were damaged during delivery and could not be sold as new. Kind of hit or miss I guess depending on what you are looking for.

One area where I could probably strongly recommend would be if you are looking for plates, cups, bowls, glasses, etc. They had a decent selection and the prices were pretty cheap.

This is a great place to find bargains on quality furniture. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

Deeply disappointing experience. My wife and I bought a chair from the Outlet and said we would be back that weekend to pick it up. No sales associate or manager mentioned that if it wasn't picked up in exactly 48 hours that it would be sold to other people. There is no documentation about a pickup window on the receipt and no one mentions it. Now, they want us to pay more money for a worse chair. I will not be back.
