I made a phone call and there is no appointment needed in advance. The gentlemen here are very informed and knows very well the market conditions and can inform one about how it affects the pricing window for buying or selling.
After doing some research I read a few off putting analyses of this establishment. I entirely disagree with those points of view. Mark was always kind, I could always have chosen to wait, look around, bargain harder somewhere else to meet the needs I had.
He would have been completely fine either way and made me feel at home with whatever decision I felt like making. Mark was really informative and willing to touch up small details and has a really professional mannerism about how he handles business.
The timepiece selection here is amazing! If you love Swiss pieces this place has some amazing things, and also a very deep Rolex selection that has some great quality and very very hard to locate pieces too.
I would not ever hesitate to consult with them again if need be.

Ive bought a lot of high end watches from dealers everywhere. One of the reasons i stopped was because my experience dealing with dallas watch was so much better than everyone else, that I wanted to exclusively go through them for my collection. A lot of jewelry dealers can make buying a watch seem like a car dealership unfortunately. Walking into dallas watch was the opposite and they make buying watches a much more enjoyable experience!
