Rachael is just a gem and quite honestly the only reason Argos stores are still here despite living in a world where everyone orders online. I will never shop online again. 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Great service. 6/5

I would give this store a zero star rating if I could, Nat the manager and her operative Rachel are nothing short of rude and unprofessional.
I bought a phone which was faulty, I tried to return it as being so, only to be told that I can't return it because I had factory reset it, I did this so my personal information wasn't there for anyone to see, apparently the no quibble returns policy should also state that I should have bought the phone back with my SIM card in and personal data on for these two non technically trained people to see the fault ( Argos need to update their returns policy) after calling customer services they gave me a refund code on this item, I returned to the shop only to be told that this wasn't an Argos returns code ( blatant lie) as they had given me this over the phone, then when having a conversation with the manager who kept shushing me to let her talk over me the lovely Rachael who was actually serving another customer interjected and rudely said " you've already been told that your not going to be able to return this phone"
Everyone in the queue was gobsmacked at her unprofessionalism and I left without my refund and they now lost a loyal customer. With people like this running stores I predict that Argos will be the next big retailer to go bust.

Never buy anything from this Argos branch. The next time you did and opened the packaging, they will claim that you’ve broken the ‘security seal’ to stop you from ever returning unwanted items. Pretty devious and very much against the Argos promise of no quibble returns. The store manager even tried to offer nonsense excuses to stop you from returning like your bought item could store personal data when it clearly could not! She clearly needed better training at how products her company sells work. I should have read previous reviews and will never buy from this branch again.

The car park was very busy but this may have been down to the time of year ? The store is a decent size, I only wanted some stationary items, when I asked where they would be the staff member was helpful and polite pointing me in the right direction, I decided to see if I could pick up some last minute gifts too although the store didnt stock what I was after the staff member i approached was helpful suggesting another store where I would be able to get the product

Disgusting. Can’t return a product just because it’s open. Yet been advised that I was okay to do so. Wasted half a day trying to resolve it, to be told they can’t accept the refund. Go elsewhere when buying anything that needs to be opened!

It's an argos so pretty much means you order before purchase and collect at the collection point. Online orders are easy to do but to be fair so is walking in and ordering instore. Always find Argos a very good and extremely convenient shop to use especially for emergency buying of broken electrical stuff.

Always clean and well stocked. Easy to get around the store, wide aisles and shelves not too high. Big car park an no curbs to hinder access plus big wide automatic doors.

Clean store, large range of non-food items. Good deals on kitchenware. Food is quality and well stocked.
Bonus free electric car charge points in the car park too. Gets busy like all supermarkets on weekends.
