Feldmar is one of the best watch stores I’ve had the chance to visit. The selection is incredibly varied and the service is great with very knowledgeable staff.

I came here to get a watch repaired under warranty as they were listed as one of the authorized repair locations. Despite not having purchased it there, they shipped it to the watch makers repair facility at no charge and were able to have it fixed under warranty for me no problem.

Definitely will be coming back here soon for my next watch purchase.

Been a customer of Feldmars for about 40 years.
I love the shop and all the great watches on display.
Went in to look at some watches, found an inexpensive Luminox dive watch, had the sales guy, Colin Freeman, change the watch band for another color and was out of store in 20 mins.
Perfect.

Had a very precious to me time machine restored. Freddy convinced me that he had just the right person to send it to. Took a bit of time but well worth it. Came out perf. When I picked it up Ben helped me. He admired it with me,checked all functions, made me a nice deal on winder and packaged it all up beautifully.First class experience.thanx guys. David R

From the day that I took one of my watches in for repair to the day that I was advised that my watch was back from Switzerland, my experience with the folks at Feldmar has been excellent. Everyone I spoke with over the months that my watch was being repaired kept me informed about where we were in the process and gave me great confidence in the outcome. I have dealt with Sam and Marco. Marco has gone above and well beyond what I would ordinarily have expected in terms of customer service. I can’t recommend this business highly enough. They are, no pun intended, the gold standard in customer service.

Feldmar is the best watch store in town. Jimmy was so helpful and patient. His love of watches was evident and he genuinely seemed pleased for me when I chose a beautiful Zenith El Primero. This watch was a significant purchase for me to commemorate an important event and Feldmar made it a pleasure.
