We were in dire need for a radiator in OKC. The people there on Irving Blvd. had it in stock, and the price was right on the Money for our 2019 Volvo VNL tractor.
Henry M, and Mel B worked hard to make it happen for us. They delivered it here in Dallas and we relayed back to OKC to install there...

Henry at the Dallas location was able to look back in the sales and refunded the starter that was bought 6 months prior. Refunded the money and provide me with the correct starter. He is awesome with customer needs. Wish there was more people in the work force like Henry

Jose is hands down the best parts guy he takes care of his customers. He's a terrific guy who follows through. Very glad to of met this man. Q is my dude very professional and all around good man! They both are hard workers. Very deserving of a raise for sure .

Walked in to spend $3500 on parts. 3 guys at the counter; nobody infront of me. One guy on the phone, 2 guys eating lunch. Didn’t recognize me standing 2’ in front of them, as if I was a ghost. 20 MINUTES go by. I’m getting irritated…. Some guy comes in the store carrying balloons and a card and yells “I have a delivery for so and so…” Both guys at the counter see the balloons and jump up and give this guy all of their attention. They ask the balloon guy for a name. Balloon guy says so and so… Neither of these 2 guys working the front counter have heard of the man who apparently had a birthday. Now they are running all over the building and calling the number from the balloon guy. 38 minutes I was standing there watching these events unfold. I decided Fleetpride did not want my business and some guy they never heard of meant more to them than a paying customer. I took my business NEXT DOOR to TRUCK PRO where I was quickly greeted, obtained my parts and left In Under 10 minutes. My company spent over $600,000 last year on truck parts from these aftermarket parts stores. New Company Rule: DO NOT SHOP OR BUY ANYTHING FROM FLEETPRIDE. We have better things to do than stand in their business watching them eat lunch and look for a guy who doesn’t even work there.

I have a problem with our sales rep. I gave him a list of things and he decides to add batteries cause we were out. I told him I have batteries coming and he still put them on the list. This happens a lot with him and really don’t want him to come back. I have 10 batteries that were new and when installed to truck had low charge or no charge asked him to come get them and give us replacement but just keeps giving us runaround. Tell him to take us off his list

Took too long to get help. 5 employees at the desk, 2 of them with a customer, 2 doing something in a computer and other one taking calls. They all saw me, but didn't help at all, had to wait about 10 minutes. Didn't had what I was looking for, not a good experience today.
