Absolutely love this store! Visited with my husband and our contractor to compare prices vs quality! We ended up purchasing all of the materials to repair our home after a flood. Prices were amazing and staff helpful. We want to give a shout out specially to Edsson for all of his assistance! I recently visited Floor and Decor, and I have to say, my experience was exceptional from start to finish! The store is incredibly well-organized, making it easy to navigate through their vast selection of tiles, flooring, and accessories. The quality of the products is top-notch, with a wide range of styles and price points to choose from.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Jackie , the store manager and Pamela were very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions I had. They helped me find the perfect flooring for my home.

The prices were very competitive, and I felt like I was getting great value for the quality of the products.

I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely return for any future home renovation projects. Highly recommend Floor and Decor!

Use this store for our bath and room remodels. Have good products, selection and helpful staff. Really impressed with Amy Simone, a designer at the store. Aside from being nice to work with, her selections and recommendations have been great and extremely happy with the outcome.

I had a great experience at this store, jackie the manager for the store goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a good experience, she is helpful, kind, respectful and always willing to go an extra mile to make sure we get what we need. The store has a wide variety of products and really great collection of designer vanities.

Angeles, Trever, Samsoor provided a great service during my order pick up. They made sure not to overload my SUV and advised me to make separate trips to avoid damage. I would definitely shop again with Floor and Decor and highly recommend this team.

Fabulous selection and always helpful and friendly staff. Make sure to visit the design center if you feel overwhelmed by all the choices. Amy was amazing at helping my bathroom remodel come together !

Drove an hour for a design appointment. Showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited more than 25 minutes with no one available to help me. I wandered the store for a while and then went back to the design center but again no one was available to assist me.
