I had an awesome experience at the Fossil store, all thanks to Bella! She really took the time to help me find a watch that fit my style perfectly. She was super communicative, asked all the right questions, and made it easy to figure out what would work best for me. Bella even helped me shop around and was just great to talk to the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a new watch.

Emmanuel was fantastic! I came in today to look at watches for someone else. I was just doing research based on a few pictures. I walked out with 3(!) almost 4 watches. He helped me find exactly what I look for in a watch. A bit of sparkle, a jewelry band, and a smaller face. When they didn’t have exactly what I liked on display, he helped me customize. I never felt pressured, he helped me try a couple combinations and I’m so excited for my purchases. I plan on coming back to work with him again!

This a very deceiving store, you look at the size and it looks like a small booth. Well for a small booth, it has a great selection of watches, purses and product. The service was great and the salesperson was very knowledgeable of their inventory and helped me find the stuff that you couldn’t see on display. The prices were quite reasonable for Fossil as well.

I came in here to buy a watch as a gift and was very impressed by the watches, but even more impressed by the employee that assisted me. They were so thourough with talking me through the different options of watches and bands, and the small differences between them that I surely would not have noticed otherwise. The selection and range of prices for high quality watches was great!

Not specific to this store but I can’t figure out how to submit a review for the company in general. I selected next day delivery and paid for this service. It’s days later and Fossil still hasn’t even shipped the item and have no idea when it will ship, much less deliver. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with customer service and they are very unhelpful. They tricked me into buying a watch for a special event with their next day delivery service that apparently doesn’t exist. Do not buy from this company.

Went in with my husband to fix his watch. After asking if there's anything he could help me with and being told no I was with my husband. The Asian guy just stood there and followed me and child around the store. Fossil will never get another damn from me.
But God is so good, the other employee saw what occurred and fixed the watch for free.
