I bought a watch from the store today and was asking the staff JAWARIA about the Blue light card discount and she was extremely rude to me. The answer I got right away was "we don't do any student discounts". I wasn't a student and I explained to her it's a blue light card . This person wanted me to show how the card looks like and where it mentions of giving discount for Fossil. I have bought things from the same shop with blue light card discount . I told i did get it in my previous purchases. However she was so impatient with my questions and was very arrogant and asked me to tell the name of the staff who dealt with me previously (I don't think people will know the name and details of every sales person they meet). However the other girl who was in there was kind enough to go through the same and explained that the discount is online only now.Always had a good experience with Fossil ..but today was a bad day.

Excellent staff, made very welcome, quality brand that the staff know very well, always friendly, never pushy for sales (very good rapport building) new strap I ordered arrived in store within the time frame I was given, excellent customer experience.

Bought a fossil watch online and they where able to take the links out for my partner free of charge. They where also able to replace a ring I had that meant a lot to me to be the same. And the girl was able to help me out, Free of charge again. Can't stress enough how happy we are! Brilliant customer service ? ❤️

I didn't go in to buy anything, just ask a question. I've bought this necklace twice in last 10yrs. It broke and I wanted to know if it could be repaired. Staff said 'give me a minute'. It came back perfect with no charge. Great service ?

Wonderful shop. I was eyeing up one of the gents watches they had in stock and purchased it today. The price match service they offer is excellent. The staff are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. I had two links taken out in no time at all. The whole process of buying a watch was seamless. Great store with a good selection of gents watches in a handy location. Highly recommended!
