My truck was involved in a front end collision, they had it for 54 days. Truck needed front bumper, hood, radiator, tire and other stuff. I flew one of my drivers in to pick up truck. Driver Picks it up starts driving it and find out that steering wheel is upside down, its vibrating like crazy, cant make a full turn and bumper cover not aligned properly. Wheels are pushed in and out not even.. And after completing it they did not even bother to do an alignment after front end damage or test drive it or do one final look over see if everything is good.. They Overlooked so many things that’s wrong with the truck. I paid 16k for an unfinished truck. Now I have to take it back in to a different body shop to fix everything that they missed or fix their mistakes. Now I will be without a truck for another month.

Worse freightliner ever nice sales people bad mechanics went in for a Ventura pipe replacement and left with codes for a turbo issue missing screws in multiple locations that weren’t missing before the repair had the truck for over two weeks would have thought everything would be fixed right but for the price they charged me in labor I feel like I definitely got screwed over will not be back there

Had a code, one box issues on my DD15 Freightliner, called Becky in service, they worked me right in and I needed a wiring harness, installed and on the road in Six hours! Thanks guys!
