Staff was very helpful to my wife and I as we were looking for headphones for my self and my son. They checked the back twice as well as offering first had product experience with the option they showed us.

The manager allowed her employee to help us but also stepped in when availability was not certain. She found the product to make our visit quick and easy. She also told us about future gaming events like DnD and card games

The employee was nice just wish they had AC. It was hotter in the store than outside. Still had a good selection of games and accessories but I wouldn't stay for too long.

Have item in stocks but can't stop everything in store even though I'm the only person there to look for item. But plenty of time to look at your phone several times. Find a new job kid.

Staff had an very bad attitude and seemed like they did not want to be working. They did not want to help me process a return so they they accused me of trying to return a “very used” item. I went to the Torrance location and they were able to help me with the return hassle free.

Came here many times. Not on every time I found everything I needed but they really tried. I like the store like the prices and I think it is a store you should know.
