I wonder about the other posts that left less than favourable review for this shop.

The staff were courteous and efficient.
Sure they may not have the best English but you are in Japan.

The shop has a wide range of watches and bags. A treasure trove for great deals.

The staff that attended to me was Hinaki Kato and she brought out the watch that I enquired about in a jiffy and seated me at a comfy sofa.

If you are looking for a private, posh and comfortable shopping experience, come to this place!

10月29日に時計の買い取りをしていただきました。以前の店舗はよく行ってましたが、久しぶりに行くと時計は移転してさらに高級感のあるお店になっていました。査定額にも満足した上に、担当していただいたスタッフの方がとても心地よい接客をしてくださったのが決め手となり、安心して自分が大切にしていたものを手放せるという気持ちで買い取りをお願いできました。最後まで丁寧で、また訪れたくなる気持ちになりました。もっとたくさん星を付けたいくらいです。ありがとうございました。

数名スタッフがいるにもかかわらず、客を待たせる、商品に対する知識は薄い、他店で購入した大きな荷物があったため現金を用意する際に少し預かって欲しい旨伝えるも断られ、挙げ句の果てに展示しているブレスが好みでない方だったため同梱の他のブレスへ交換を依頼するも拒否されました。店長を呼びましたが、同様の始末。購入はかなり悩みましたが、あまりないモデルだったため購入。高級時計店とは思えない経験で、心底気分が悪い買い物でした。特に中華系のメガネをかけた女性の態度がひどく、聞こえる声でこちらの発言をする始末。ベテラン社員がいるようには思えない、店長も他店で見ても劣ると思います。故に教育が行き届かないのかな。この店での会員登録を促されましたが即お断りしました。二度とこの店で買うことはないと思いますし、他の投稿でも近しき内容はありますので、同様の経験をされないよう確りと投稿致します。かなり時間は経ったものの未だに胸糞悪いです。

很高興在這間店用最實惠的價格買到心心念念的錶款，招待我的店員其實會說簡單英文，但我還是推薦手機安裝翻譯軟體，讓雙方的溝通能更順暢。

強烈建議先透過Email訂下你會去店裡的日期跟時間，並請店家保留你想看的手錶。

在Google評論看了很多負評，原本還很擔心會遇到不好的服務，但其實只要了解這間店的情況，應該就可以有正確的期待，並買到自己想要的手錶。

這間店負責銷售的業務人員有限，銷售是採一對一服務，完整服務完一位客人之後（買錶或賣錶），才會換下一順位的客人；店裡同時還會有多位店員在櫃檯整理手錶或處理紙上業務，但這些店員並不負責銷售，因此無法接待客戶的買賣服務，但只要開口問，基本上櫃檯店員都還是會招呼你，所以有很多負評會覺得「為啥櫃檯明明有人卻不招待客戶買錶」，可能是有些誤會。

所以這間店的服務型態跟龜吉或Jackroad不太一樣，後面兩家店幾乎所有店員都是可以負責銷售的，所以不用等太久，走進去說要買錶很快就坐下來交易，但GMT是要等待時間的，而且也值得等。

I am very happy to have bought the watch I've been longing for at the most affordable price in this store. The salesperson who assisted me could speak basic English, but I still recommend installing a translation app on your phone to make communication smoother for both parties.

I strongly recommend schedule your visit time and request them to reserve the watch you want to see by the email.

I saw many negative reviews on Google and was initially worried about encountering poor service. However, as long as you understand the store's operation, you can have the right expectations and buy the watch you want.

The store has a limited number of sales staff, and they provide one-on-one service. They complete the service for one customer (buying or selling a watch) before moving on to the next customer in line. Meanwhile, you may see several other staff members are at the counter organizing watches or handling paperwork, but they do not handle sales and therefore cannot assist customers with buying or selling. However, if you ask, the counter staff will still greet you. This might be why some negative reviews mention that "there are staff at the counter, but they don't assist customers with buying watches," which could be a misunderstanding.

Therefore, the service model of this store is different from Kame-Kichi or Jackroad, where almost all staff are sales staff, so you don’t have to wait long. You can quickly sit down and start a transaction as soon as you walk in and say you want to buy a watch.

At GMT, you need to wait, but definitely worth it.

ワンプライス査定で、320万と買いてあり持参。
年式問いません・状態問いませんという文句の元来店。

実査定290万。意味がわからない。
付属品完品で小さな打痕（ルーペで見ないとわからない。しかも、半年前に買って1.2回しか使ってない品物。他社でも美品と言われてますので客が自分勝手にランク決めたわけじゃないです。）
これで30万下げるのは悪質すぎる。
結局他社で見てもらって330万円買取でした。
そもそものワンプライスも安い上、
気分も悪くなり最高に嫌な気分になりました。
店員も高圧的で2度と買うことも売ることもするつもりありません。

As others mentioned, it us really hard to get hold if staff- when we entered there were 5 employees staring at their laptops and not paying attention to us. But once you get the staff to show you what you need, the process went smooth. Selection was really good and the prices were very very attractive!
