After struggling to fit a bulb that was deep within the bonnet, I booked an appointment and went straight down to Halfords East Kilbride. Joshua was able to replace my bulb very quickly and I was home within the hour. Brilliant service. Many thanks again

The quality of service from the staff at East Kilbride is excellent. Unfortunately making contact via the on line service is so poor, you have to go back to the store to get decent customer service.
Halfords on line help does not reflect the quality of their staff.

Jack at Halfords in East Kilbride put a new set of peddles on my son’s mountain bike. Jack was excellent. Very knowledgeable. He was also able to switch my spd peddles on my road bike to save me frequently clipping in and unclipping when I’m on shorter rides. Great service.

Went to Halfords East Kilbride today about 1:00 would just like to say thank you to the assistant at the bike department who fixed my grandson'sbike for us . Such a helpful, very professional and knowledgeable person.

Disappointing frankly. I booked an appointment to have a new battery fitted because of an error message. The appointment was at 5pm on a Saturday. I subsequently got an email which probably came from Halfords but didn't say so and changed the appointment to 5:30. When I went in at that time I was told they had tried to phone me to cancel it altogether. I had a voice message on my phone but it was so unclear I couldn't understand it. In the end, I just returned home. Today is the following Tuesday and I had the new battery fitted. The error message is still showing. I went back and after further investigation I was told that the Start/Stop system doesn't work unless the battery has a certain level of charge. This new one isn't at this level, possibly because it has been in storage for a while. I will have to drive around for a bit and see what happens.
It seems to me that the problem is with Halfords' systems. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant.

Very good store happy to help if you can change a bulb your self I would do it the cost is ok but sometimes if a bit easy do it your self
