Standard mid size Halfords, therefore limited ranges. But they had equivalent of some items we were looking for, as well as the specific "must have" items. So we were happy with that.

Setting it aside from other Halfords was the bearded guy at the back of the store on the parts desk. Wish I'd got his name. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Also redirected other customers as he searched for the info we wanted, without impact to us. Made it look easy, kept smiling, saved us a whole lot of Google searching. Worth 5 stars just for him.

Been to Halford today to fix my break light, to get engine oil and screen wash. I was assisted by Juan, he was so good and friendly. People like him makes Halford good and we keep coming. Keep up the good work guys...all the best..

Cole at Hermiston Gate was brilliant. Fixed my windscreen chip and explained the process well. Also made an effort to see me sooner than planned so really pleased with the whole experience.

Went to get brake bulb’s replaced but staff not very helpful I tried to get help choosing product and was taken to a screen then asked about fitting and was given a very negative response in the end they were fitted by a technician who was very helpful but first 2 staff very patronising

Just visited here after visiting the seafield branch.
Paid for 2 replacement bulbs and light on dash still on after leaving seafield.
Was told warning light would dissappear after 5 mins.
Still on after 30 mins.
So went to hermiston gate branch and
Liam helped us at hermiston gate and resolved the problem.
Wish I'd gone there in the first place.
