This weekend I booked my Ford C-Max into KwikFit on Kirkstall Road, thinking it would be a quick job to change a couple of headlight bulbs. The service I received was the worse, I was told my a guy there that it would be about 40 minutes, it took him 3 attempts at finding the right screw driver to do the job before he told me it needed a complete new unit. Next morning (Sunday) i called at Halfords in Kirkstall and the staff could not have been any more professional and polite. They replaced my bulbs in less that 10 minutes - would definitely recommend if you need these little jobs doing

I booked in to get reverse light replaced, drove down early battling traffic only to discover they can't fit reverse lights on certain cars - my car is pretty standard Hyundai. They should update their website and not allow people to book in for things they can't do - complete wasted journey to pick up bulbs that I could have bought elsewhere.

Booked in to have a rear brake bulb changed. The poor guy who did it was also having to run the till. It took ages which wasn't his fault. He was hugely apologetic. If you are to charge for a service and have bookable slots for a certain time then the staffing levels need to be such that the service can be delivered without having to wait half an hour while he had to keep running back to manage the queues that were building up.

The person who looked at my bicycle when I went for a service seemed knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. The employee I interacted with was very rude as he spoke and made eye contact only to my male partner, who was with me at the time, although the booking was in my name and the bike is under in my possession. He was not the customer, I was, but he was being the only one acknowledged in the interaction.
This interaction made me feel belittled due to the employee's condescending nature.
Sadly, this experience has deterred me to visit this branch again and not to recommend to other potential customers.

Not impressed I bought a Thule easy fold xt 2 and when we opened the box it was a used item. With marks on where bikes had been fitted and box was cheaply taped up . Not impressed with being ripped off when you thought you where buying a expensive new item

Fitted rear left hand brake light bulb today. Really good quality service friendly assistant by the name of Ben who also had a look at my tyres as the car is due a service this week and previously I was told I needed 4 new tyres. Armed with the information given by Ben I will be able to question the dealership as to why they are saying it needs new tyres when Ben clearly felt that it doesn't. Thanks very much Ben for your advice and great service fitting the bulb

Dived in by chance, late on a week day, as needed a headlight bulb replacing. Really friendly staff and was sorted in less than 5 minutes. Maybe paid a slight premium, but don’t mind knowing was done right. Stocked up on windscreen washer and Ad Blue whilst I was there also.
