Un accueil sympathique, du personnel compétent et serviable.
En panne batteries pour notre motorhome, ils se sont débrouillés pour nous dépanner rapidement malgré l'affluence.

I just bought Turtle Wax snow foam from Halfords and used it for the first time. Wow, this product is excellent! I've used various products but this is outstanding. I didn't need to dry it, it did that itself and left a deep shine. I used 200ml in my pressure wash machine. Very happy and although the staff at Seafield were absolutely rushed off their feet, I was treated with courtesy and patience. Great offer, thank you Halfords.

Met with ‘you’ll fit yourself because no one available and just dropped bulky box on floor and said you’ll manage! Luckily a customer was kind enough to carry box to my car. On other hand Straiton shop very good customer service

Avoid. One "technician" tested a chip in my windscreen by pushing on it so much so it created a larger crack which wasn't repairable. Another spent 10 whole minutes attempting to tighten a nut whilst installing a new battery (and leaning his entire weight on other engine components doing so) without realising the thread was stripped and I had to do it myself, using his tools, replacing said fixing.

The guy that replaced my battery was very helpful in finding the right battery for my cartoday. Then he had to fit it in one of the most cramped site in the boot of my car. He had to do this in the pouring rain as my car battery had packed in.
I can’t complement him more for going above and beyond anything I could expect

Looked online at your shop as was looking for a steering wheel cover for my new car. Looked on Saturday and arrived today ( Monday morning ) less than 48 hours after ordering.
Excellent quality and value and fantastic service from DHL !
I cannot thank you enough and 2.99 home delivery charge ... Great !
So l highly recommend folk's.
( P.S - just a bit funny but DHL arrived with steering cover in cardboard packaging the size of a car door lol )
