I have been looking for a Grand Seiko SBGM221 and stopped into Hyde Park to look at their selection of watches. Luckily Craig M. was there to help me look through the incredible selection of GS and other brands of watches in their inventory. Unfortunately they didn't have the model I was looking for, but Craig assured me as soon as one arrived, he would give me a call. I honestly didn't think I'd ever hear from him, but just a week later, he called and said the model I was looking for arrived. Craig made the transaction a smooth and enjoyable experience. I have recently gained a WEALTH of knowledge from Toni about diamonds and other different gemstones. I'm saving money to purchase a ring for myself and have begun the search, visiting several places around the valley. Toni at Hyde Park, takes her time, listens to what I'm truly looking for, and never made me feel pressured to purchase.
