What amazing, caring people.
They even made a template to verify that the part that I was buying would fit to replace a 34 year old part as the manufacturer changed the appearance quite significantly. Very prompt service and reply to my email.
Very polite and friendly.
Highly recommend them. Unfortunately they are 40 minutes from my home, otherwise, I would like to deal with them more.

I ordered a Venmar HRV unit to replace an older model that had stopped working (burned motor). The new unit was easy to install and worked perfectly. The control unit is easy to use and the system is very quiet. I was very happy with the price and quality of the whole system and liked the fact there is a local supplier. Thanks.
