Brought a silver ring to repair on July 18th. Still not heard anything from them and it's August 3rd. I went back a week ago, was told I would be contacted shortly with a quote, that hasn't happened. At this point I want my ring back, hope I've not been scammed.

My son took a watch which belonged to my father to St enoch branch, the watch itself was worn twice by my father and although not a highly priced watch it is a cherished watch to my son who has worn it once or twice a month for around a year. One of the numbers on the face had came loose and he asked if it could be fixed, there were no issues with the repair and the young man who made the repair advised that he had accidently put a new battery in it as well but there was no charge, can't complain about that, however when he returned home we both noticed part of the face and strap had gone from silver to bronze in patches. This was definitely not the case before repair and he returned to st Enoch to enquire if there was anything that could be done to restore it to how it looked previously. He was told by a different gentleman to the one that done repair that it was wear and tear and it was nothing to do with anything done as part of repair. I really wish I had a taken a photo before leaving the watch. How the the man he spoke to today actually knows what the other man did during and after repair escapes me but to an untrained eye it it looks as though it had been rubbed with something abrasive to the watch.

The best, fastest and most skilled watch repair service ever. Took my Gucci watch with a broken bracelet here and within 15 mins, two brand new pins had been made from scratch and replaced. Utterly amazing service. Take your watch here, it’s excellent!

All work done by the time we went to marks and Spencer’s and back.

So impressed by service.
Took watch for new strap. Had Been decorating lately so bit of pint on it. The guy took time to not only clean the paint off, he also took the catch (not sure technical term) from orig strap and attached to new one! Very impressed! Thank you.
