The best thing I did was step into this store and ask for help. I had backed up my iPhone in the morning, gone out and my touchscreen would not respond. I could not even force shut it down. Stepped into this store on the way home and Alex had me sorted in two minutes. He cleaned my phone buttons too when he noticed a bit of dirt and gave me some sound advice to avoid the problem I had going forward. He was really nice and personable. Thanks Alex!

The staff at iSmash were very welcoming. Frinedly and reasonable.
They made me aware of their offers but were not too pushy, which can be very off putting.
I managed to get what I wanted, was advised about the best product for my needs and was informed of a future service that I may take up relating to a damaged device.

It was near closing time and a bloke called Alex repaired my mum's phone on short notice. He was honest that he couldn't tell what was wrong with it before, just that when he and then I tested it after him, it was fixed. Mum offered to pay, he said just a solid review is enough. Sooo yeah. Rock on Alex ^_^.

Extremely poor service. I had my screen replaced here and they did a good job, but it quickly transpired that the new part was faulty and kept flickering and becoming unresponsive. Took it back last week and staff acknowledged that it was a screen fault. When I returned today to have it fixed, I was met by an extremely confrontational member of staff who informed me that because the screen had a tiny dot in the corner, approximately 0.1mm across (so small that I have never seen it and it was likely there all along) then the life-time warranty was void. Was clearly looking to get out of fixing the problem. Am now left with unusable phone

v good service. these guys saved me when I dropped my phone and it stopped working at station on way to work. they identified the problem, gave me a solution and had it fixed in under an hour for me to pick up straight away. super kind workers and great service, brand new iphone screen within an hour of it being completely broken. definitely recommend

DO NOT USE FOR APPLE BATTERY REPLACEMENT. I had my iphone se battery replaced here 10 months ago. Its performance was always poor but got so bad I decided to go back to Apple store for an official replacement. The photos of the iSmash repair were shocking. Simplest example: As the replacement battery was not the correct size the iSmah repairer had glued the battery in place. This rendered the phone irreparable.
