Guillermo the store manager that works there has the absolute best work ethic and customer service I have ever received. My girlfriend and I had gone in to just get our jewelry cleaned and not only did we receive our jewelry back as clean as ever but not once did I feel as though we were burdening him, he was entirely proud of his ethic. I felt completely comfortable as he had a positive can do attitude and the most contagious smile. As expected of James Avery I will be coming back anytime I need jewelry. Any and EVERY time.

I went yesterday and got a ring I was looking at for a while the ladies working the front desk were super helpful and understanding because I had to leave and get my card that I forgot but they still followed through got my ring measurement and then put it to the side and may I add this ring is just GORGEOUS

This place is awesome. I go in here quite regularly for charms for my daughters to charm bracelets for a different occasions. Staff is always very nice, creative, and helpful. This place is a great place for a single dad to go when he doesn't exactly know what his daughter would like or what to get her for the occasion. They're very creative and have great ideas and have been on point for me every single time. I 100% recommend this San Angelo store completely.
