Nice big thrift store, organized well with decent selection. The store displays are thoughtfully put together & fun. It’s unfortunate that they cherry pick all the “good items” for their website. It doesn’t give their customers a fair chance to find those type of items on the sales floor. Although the odd gem can be found if you look hard enough and often. Prices are usually fair, unlike other chain thrift stores. Some staff are friendly, some are not. Vintage lane is my favourite part of the store to shop in. Very nostalgic and has a cool atmosphere. If you enjoy thrifting, I’d recommend you check this place out! Make sure you bring a loonie for a cart. They also have baskets near the front of store.

For the most part, KMT is usually well-stocked with vignettes that are shopable and appealing. Pricing is ideal.

Vintage lane is my go-to spot! Usually, find a treasure or two.

Today, November 21, 2024, I saw a Christmas tealight holder I wanted to purchase, no price. I approached an associate and was told she didn't know the price. I would have to come back tomorrow when the associate of pricing was in. Seems ridiculous, no one else could accommodate.

I would normally say my experience is 5*. However, today, I felt I was an inconvenience.

Would rate this zero stars after my run in with their "power tripping" security guard, who followed me around the store like a thief then very rudely told me to leave because they were closing at 5, I was leaving and ready to buy a computer monitor when he became the "TOUGHEST" "man" alive. He said to put the monitor down and leave. Easily done, I used to go here weekly, but never again, I will gladly give my money to all the other DESERVING thrift stores

Blown away at such reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. Taller gentleman in furniture offered to ring up my breakable glassware so I could go to vintage lane to shop. He wrapped these .50 cent glasses like they were my most prized possession! I unfortunately dropped the box when carrying inside my home and not 1 glass broke!!! MCC has one happy returning customer!

Excellent selection. Friendly staff. Everything well laid out. Prices very reasonable. Went in to find a replacement real silver fork and they had many in stock...50 cents a fork but today was half price. I bought 3!! Such a great find and a worthy organization to support.

Another prime example of what's going wrong with thrift stores. Ridiculous prices with upwards of 90% retail. Considering every item is donated you'd think they be trying to help the low income community. Instead they insult customers with their greed. I asked to get a price lowered and i was rudley mocked by 2 store employees and told they don't adjust prices. Will not support this thrift chain anymore.

Horrible staff I have on several occasions seen the old man who works there yelling at customers and children! If you don’t want kids to play on your 100 year old piano don’t display it in a high traffic area or how about a sign? They also sell broken/ bad condition items at a mark up! Avoid this thrift store!
