I’ve visited the store before making my selection and everyone was super friendly and attentive. Ended up making my purchase online during a sale. I was completely blown away by the neatness of the packaging and the attention to detail in really making unboxing any of their bags a true treat!!! The bag itself is drop dead gorgeous and feels like it’s made of high quality materials I might even say there’s a little bit of love in the making of the bag.

I am completely obsessed and will be purchasing more bags for myself and my big headed sisters

Over the past year, I’ve purchased numerous items from this company. I started with a few charms and a wallet, and when they released the Camo Dreams collection, I was hooked. I bought a handbag and matching charm pouch from that collection, and since then, I’ve added four more bags to my collection—with plans to buy more soon!

Beyond their gorgeous products, what really sets Min & Mon apart is their incredible customer service. For example, a bag, pouch, and pair of slippers I ordered got stuck in customs. I reached out to their New York City store, and Nina, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She quickly sent the items from their brick-and-mortar location, and the package arrived within a week.

Additionally, when the strap on one of my handbags began slipping off—not breaking, but not staying secure—Nina immediately sent me a replacement. Her attentiveness and genuine care have made me feel like a valued customer, which is rare these days. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been lovely, but Nina has truly gone above and beyond.

The combination of their exquisite products and unparalleled customer service gives me complete confidence in every purchase. I’ve included photos of my growing collection because these bags are truly pieces of art.

Love this brand! Everything about them seems to be intentional - from the story of the octopus logo paying homage to our smart/curious octi friends to the childlike drawings. I love all the bags and their unique designs made in Colombia - the craftsmanship is incredible too and very well made. Wish I could buy every them all 🙂

Bad experience so far. I ordered a bag for my wife for Christmas on Nov. 29th and on Dec. 7th the package stopped moving via FedEx. I reached out on 12/11 to see about a replacement package or getting in touch with FedEx to see if we could get it moving - from 12/11 to 12/19 I’ve been painfully exchanging emails with support and I STILL don’t know if they’re sending a replacement bag. I get a response once every few days and had to double send to get things moving again. For a high end boutique shop, their customer service ain’t it. Just hope you don’t have to use them…because it’ll be a headache you don’t need. I’ll pass on future purchases.

Update: Was finally provided tracking info and what do you know, it’s not making it before Christmas. Worst company support that I’ve dealt with in a long time.

I’ve been a fan for a while now, watching the brand grow from afar. Finally got my first bag— simple black and covered in eyeballs *swoon* and as of today I now have a wallet to match. Going into the store was such a special experience. Great conversation, some laughs, and lots of help from the women holding it down. In the end I walked out happy with my newest addition.
