I think this is the best Mon Cheri in Tirana. The staff are so polite and quick, it is spacious, cleaner than every other Mon Cheri, and the atmosphere is calming and nice. They also make the best coffee. I like coming here to study as well.

I have mixed reviews about my time in Albania. In regards to the service industry in particular. Here however the workers were not only fast but very nice and sociable as a cafe should be. It's a cheap price and the food is good. There's a ramp for wheelchair access on the embassy side of the street. I basically came here once a day during my last month in Albania, mainly due to the fact that the workers here are professional.
