I drove 30 minutes to this French bakery because I love French food. My order was $54.53. I got a chocolate almond croissant, chai, turkey Brie croissant, and a lox quiche. My order was all to go. I arrive home to eat the food. My croissant with turkey and Brie was missing…. Not to mention the lox quiche I ordered that was $17.99 had no salmon in it. I tried to call to simply get a credit back…no answer. I can’t even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. You would think a small business would have great communication skills. So I went on their website and they had a phone number that I texted about what happened. So far no answer.

Definitely not coming back to this place. It is beautifully decorated and cozy but the service was bad. We planned to sit and relax, but it was clear that we were not welcomed. We ended up ordering a few pastries and left. I know the french have a reputation for not treating tourists well, but in our experience nobody in Paris ever treated us even close to how we were treated today. The pastries were not fresh either...

Most disappointing experience ever.
I have been living in the area for about two years and was dying to try this little Parisian breakfast place. I finally find a free morning and walked into this adorable, inviting little place. There was just one table occupied. My lord! I have never met Monday morning in person. I’m not sure what she was going through so I try not to judge too harshly but I have never been treated so poorly. Not a hello, and each little word was code for “I don’t care, just leave.” We would have loved to sit and eat but I felt so unwelcomed I just ordered a few items and left. She didn’t even give us a receipt because she completely just turned her back and disappeared as we were paying. Got home, was missing a croissant, and the ones we did get were painfully stale. The cupcakes were also very terrible. I’m glad I didn’t buy the macaroons.

Looks like a nice place. I walked in and was immediately told it was only cash. I responded that was fine. They called a girl from back, and I politely said Hi how are you. Not even a greeting in return. I did have an inclination at that point to turn around and leave but decided to try it out. Ordered two pastries and a latte. The coffee was cold and I had to ask for her to heat it up, I guess I should have realized how fast it was to make that it wasn't fresh. Pastries were not fresh as well n we're Rock hard. In fact when I got my change it was placed on the counter and not even in my hand. I'm from out of town and like to check local foo wherever I visit and do try to honor small business instead of chains. Was very disappointed and won't be back

We came for coffee and dessert. We found the atmosphere to be delightful. Brewed coffee is a dark roast. For dessert we split an almond croissant and a cinnamon roll. The person who took our order took pride in what they had and took time to explain what we were getting.

There's a nice, private outdoor eating area.

An excellent bakery, coffee shop, and French restaurant offering high quality beverages, baked goods, soups and sandwiches, Mon Paris is tucked away in a charming, but underutilized shopping center whose largest business appears to be Jason's Deli.

The atmosphere is cozy and bordering on intimate. In fact, I'd say it lends itself to couples more than any other group and does not feel like an ideal location for children.

Service is courteous, unintrusive, and relatively quick.

The pastries are a sure bet and our coffee beverages were outstanding.

We recommend the chai latte, iced mocha, pain au chocolat, and almond croissant.

The establishment plainly takes great pride in its cuisine and the "Best of" awards displayed in the restaurant lend proof to my opinion.

In the future, I hope I might sample their crêpes and quiche, but their menu offers plenty of other temptations.

Beware the Breadigators!

Mon Dieu! I ordered the two Belgian waffles, thinking I would get two Belgian waffles. Each of these was about a quarter of the size of any I have had elsewhere. Maybe this is common in this part of the country (I have only had Belgian waffles in New England, and in the Midwest), but they are tiny. The disappointment increased when I tried to eat one as it seemed like I was crunching cane sugar that had not fully dissolved in the mixing.

The consistency of the eggs was not something I have ever experienced before – I really don't know what to say because I've never seen that preparation nor presentation but, instead of the typical method of slightly whisking the eggs just enough to hold them together, and making a lovely scramble or omelette, these appeared to have been diced - along with the molecule-sized pepper pieces, at high speed by some very sharp blades and they did not hold together such that I wanted a spoon instead of a fork. Nor have I seen the bacon used to indicate, "this marks the spot" - there certainly was no treasure underneath. The price for the dish was a bit more than what I would pay at an average restaurant and not nearly as good.

Having, at one time, spent four months in Paris, I expected a lot more. The croissant tasted nothing like a French croissant but was very much like a typical American croissant made at a bulk bread bakery. The eclairs were less than half the size of what I used to consume in Paris. Maybe some of the other pastries would have proven themselves had I had the opportunity to try them.

The café mocha was halfway decent. In summary, I was very excited when I thought I had found a real French restaurant and bakery, but walked away sorely disappointed. Supposedly, this place is the product of a Frenchman but that's hard to believe.
