Dropped my phone in the tub. Assumed needed new charging port as my cord would not plug in. Here it was a piece of rice stuck inside. So happy the guy that helped me didn’t lie or say he would repair and was honest and handed me my phone back with the rice gone. Honest company highly recommend . Will use services again

This place is amazing dropped my phone off at 510 today as it wasn't turning on. By 535 I received a call they had fixed the issue and it was working fine. I couldn't say more about how amazing this service was. Highly recommend

Why would we purchase incompatible parts your answer don't make sense...we were not told our computer was to old we were told the advice that we could upgrade!!! We showed the specs and you told us what we needed! We initially went in for the advice! You are lying and the computer is not old! You never called when you said and I can provide my phone record, other than the 1 attempt you made today prior to posting these lies and the specs of my PC which we provided to your so called professionals. Matter is your store messed up and ganged up on a kid and you still are making excuses?

My son 13, reached out to the store for advice and to purchase parts to build a computer. He saved up to purchase. Once he saved up, he went to nano tech and I guess they don't sell the parts... even though Google search indicates that they do. The 1st guy told us which part to purchase and told us to go to best buy, London drugs or staples, purchase the specific product and bring it back and they can install. Spent another week running around to these stores and they also don't have the parts so we ordered online. Once the parts arrived $600, we packed up the PC and parts and brought it to nano tech. They accepted it an said we will call you tomorrow to pick up. 2 days go by, no call... So I call for my 13 year old and ask for an update. Guy tells me that the parts are incompatible and I can purchase a new PC from him that the parts will fit. I mentioned that we asked their advice on the parts and why are they not compatible? He said oh let me look into it and call you tomorrow. No call. And no call for 4 days. I went in the store on day 6 and they did nothing. I assumed that they were rectifying that issue as they advised my 13 year old what to buy. 2 employees ganged up on my explaining how I was wrong and I can purchase a different PC from them. I felt they are not professional and I offered them to trade PC and they said they don't trade, always arguing instead of fixing. They said they buy PCs...so I guess they don't... Prior customer took 25 mins to put a glass cover on cellphone...took me 4 minutes to put my own cover on, with no bubble and customer was complaining there was a bubble. Not sure how they can scam a 13 year old who has saved up for 2 years for this. BAD ADVICE, NO COMPUTER PARTS AND CAN'T PUT A SCREEN COVER ON!
