I decided to try this place as my regular nail place has been closed due to the pandemic. I saw this place had great reviews and wanted to find another regular spot so I decided to go on my birthday. I went to the place on Friday, it was very clean and I was assisted quickly. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and had told the woman doing my nails I wanted a design. The whole time she agreed to me dong a design, I was even specific with what I wanted with the color I got. (I showed a picture of the design that was from their website in August.)Through the whole service she kept mentioning the design and how she was prepping my nails for it. At the end she finished and told me I was done with no design. She tells me she doesn't do design and that what I wanted they didn't have. She went to call someone else who was fussy about it and they went on telling me that it wouldn't last and all these things to make me not get a design. I left upset! Even after this I was willing to go back and not write a bad review.
Yesterday Tuesday, 4 days after I got my gel mani done my nails started to lift on the edges and coming off. I have been getting gel nails done for years and I know when a bad product is used on me. This was bad product and improper application. 4 days after a gel mani and it comes off?! What a waste! I paid for a gel manicure not a regular manicure. This is record for me, I have never had it last less then a week.

I had been going to the same place for 5 years before I tried this place. My nails where long am they are my natural nails. I always cut them because they grow so long. But after doing my nails twice with Tonny my nails broke and at the bed of the nails. Now I see why. He was filling down my natural nails way too heavy. I do dip and it’s better than acrylic because they don’t have to file down the nails at all but yeah these are my nails now.
