Unfortunately this office Depot is very close to my home so I'm forced to go there way too often. The store is underemployed both in quantity and quality. They cannot figure out how to put gift cards through the system, and when they do they come out with sales tax which we all know is not taxable particular figure out how to avoid that especially the manager. Not Rob he's fine it's the other guy short with glasses. In any case it's a tiny store probably good for a copy and print but not much else. Also the parking and the access roads are treacherous and limited. The building has people managing the parking lot, so they make sure you're going into office Depot if you use one of their spots and you're very limited for time. They know it's a problem but I'm not sure this is a solution. But if you're running late he'll come in the store and try to find you. Maybe to use the bathroom or just because it's cooler or just because they can.

I knew if I took my complicated legal copying job to Office Depot the staff would help me out. And they didn’t disappoint ?. Megan and Ben were very helpful with all my codes and pdf’s and collating etc. They go out of their way to assist and that’s all too rare these days. ?

My three hour chat with online support got ugly on June 10th 2024 when office depot offshore support supervisor Emmanuel called me and was very hostile. We were trying to resolve an issue with a gift card added to the purchase of an external hard drive. After no resolution, I place my order without gift card. While Emmanuel fraudulently ordered a $3400 filing cabinet and $300 warranty to be sent to a 20 year old address that was on my account. That began a whole series of emails, phone calls with their business development manager Tammy Mannarino. All tied up with BBB. WORST COMPANY EVER

Have been shopping here for years but just had my best experience yet. Jacky was extremely helpful for a bunch of specific questions I had about hard-drive cords and paper deals. He spent a good 5-10 minutes going through every question with me and has been unbelievably helpful. Will continue to recommend my associates to this location as long as people like him continue to work here!
