After learning of a recent silent release from Omega reading an on line article I popped into the boutique to make some enquiries...
long story short, after a very friendly and professional first impression I left my details to hopefully get a call regarding the piece I was interested in.
Having been brushed off in the past by multiple brands and boutiques with other enquiries i didn't get my hopes up on hearing anything but to my surprise the team and the store kept me in the loop regularly and when the watch finally arrived in-store I was lucky enough to be the first to view it.
Paul, Savas, Joe and Kyle all played parts in what was a great experience in store, they were professional, patient, knowledgeable but most of all just down to earth guys, we had a real laugh and i didn't feel pressured at any point to make an immediate decision... But a decision was made never the less thanks to feeling so relaxed and being given all the information I wanted and needed to make mind up.
Thank you Omega Manchester for making a very big purchase for me such a special and fun experience.
I will be back....

The staff at this store are brilliant.
Thanks to Paul, Bella, Savas & Kyle.
We surprised my sisters partner with a Seamaster for his 60th birthday and brought him to the store under the pretence that my watch was back from service. The back room was set up with his new watch on display and the staff invited us in for a drink.
He sat down and still thought it was my watch until l git my watch out of my pocket.
A brilliant rouse from the staff.
Needless to say he was amazed.
Great work, I would recommend to anyone visiting the store.

Called the store to get some information on a pre owned Omega I was purchasing. Gave me some excellent advice and even asked me to come in and they would look at the watch, which they did. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service from both Bella and Paul...even gave my son a colouring book...thanks so much

Visited on Sunday for the first time for a 21st Birthday present for my son. We were looked after exceptionally well by Savas and his colleagues, nothing was too much trouble and no pressure was put on us to make a decision there and then. We did make a purchase and the whole experience was made very special and the glass of champagne was a nice touch to finish the experience off! Thank you to you all, I'm sure we will be back.

Visited Omega boutique in Manchester yesterday. I very rarely add reviews but thought i would as my wife and I were well looked after by Paul and Savas. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very relaxed, really nice guys. Superb experience and topped off with a glass of bubbly.

I've nipped into the boutique a few times to have a browse and to get my watch bracelets adjusted. The team have been brilliant every time I've visited – they're friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It's great to speak with staff who are as genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about their stock and the wider Omega catalogue, both past and present, as enthusiasts are. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Visited to purchase a Seamaster a couple of weeks ago, and the service and knowledge provided by Kyle and Savas was outstanding. They made the experience even more enjoyable than I could have hoped for, and it really is befitting of the brand.

Update, The Omega boutique has just gone through a full refurbishment and increased in size, more modern now with larger range and relaxing area.
What can I say, it was a true pleasure to shop in this boutique.
We only called in on a whim to see what the price of a numbered edition of a Seamaster Chrono was, but from stepping through the door and being greeted so warmly and professionally, we were hooked. It helped that this is the only Omega boutique that had the watch in stock for me to look at.
The service we got from Becky, Paul, Sav and Bella is what really mattered though and I can't recommend them highly enough. It was almost like a day out when we went back to collect the watch.
Definitely a recommendation from me and my wife and we look forward to returning for another purchase in the future
