My wife and I recently stopped at this Omega boutique to do some window shopping.
Reney spent a great deal of time with us. Teaching us the history of Omega, showing us his favorite pieces and just overall treated us amazingly. I was already a big fan of Omega’s designs but the passion and experience of the staff, have moved me into the “I need to add an Omega to the collection”.

Over the top service from the entire team. Renny, Mohammed and Carlos are top notch and will go out of their way to make you feel special. Omega is legendary and the partnership they have with NASA, James Bond and the Olympics makes the brand very unique and the time pieces fun and limited. Don't waste your energy and time trying to own something from a brand that invests over 100 million in marketing that's brainwashing the world this is the timepiece you need to own. I think you know what I'm referring to. Build your perfect Omega collection over the years and you'll not only be rewarded but own special timepieces along the way.

I bought an Omega seamaster in another country, and like 2 days after the purchase, I've already been here in the United States, i realized the watch had a very, very minimum and pretty small hole or scratch in the vessel, the thing was that after I saw it i couldn't stop to see it, so the short story, looking on internet and wondering if in a omega store they could help me with the warranty, i ended here, having an amazing time and conversation with Mohammed, such a great person who suggested me, help me and took care of the situation, he was very honest since the beginning about the time this process could it take but for sure he told me they would take care of the minimal damage under the warranty, it took 3 months but finally im enjoying my watch back. I just want to take the time to appreciate Mohammed, his professionalism, his expertise, and knowledge. Also, thanks omega for the amazing customer service and the warranty. They replaced the whole vessel with the Cristaland the parts needed for the replacement. Also, i bought that day the nato strap, and i loved a tol.

Estoy un poco decepcionado .compre 2 relojes en la tienda. En el mes de noviembre que están intactos no los use ni se han sacado de su estuche .llame hace unos días al vendedor y me dijo quería verlo las condiciones el recibo le envié todo perfecto me dijo hoy me respondía para que lo llevara solo quiero cambiar por otro más caro y que es el que me gustaba y no tenían aquel momento .pero hoy me dijo que no era imposible para ellos no lo iban a cambiar .estuve esperando porque casi me dieron esperanza no son flexibles no me gusta la atención

Let start by saying an incredible staff at this location. I had purchased my Seamaster back in 2019 at the Aventura boutique. Incredible timepiece. Forward to 2023, I luckily purchased the mesh bracelet on the Omega website. Brought it to the Boutique in the Miami Design District and they were super helpful and replaced the stock bracelet to the new one. They completed the job quickly and perfectly. Super happy with the experience. Will come back for the Speedy!! Thank you once again!!

I purchased a $ 9K watch last month from this store and the watch was supposed to be water resistant up to 600m depth and I only showered and water went inside the watch. I took it back to the store and they told me it’s not warranty and they sent the watch out for 8 weeks for repair that I will have to pay for. That’s unacceptable for a luxury brand not to assist clients and not cover with warranty an evident defect of the watch and to charge the client for a defect of the watch taking no responsibility for the problem. I was expecting them to replace the defective watch with a new one but they didn’t! I’m
Very disappointed with the the poor quality of the watch and the service! I regret buying an Omega watch and Will never buy another one! I have been wearing my Daytona Rolex for 20 years and never had a problem.
