I love going to this On Cue, Mrs. Cynthia is always so pleasant and kind. I just wanted to show some recognition to this lady for her hard work. Thank you for going the extra mile and checking if there was a juice in the back I couldn't find . Every time I come in the store I'm always greeted with a beautiful kind filled smile. Thank you!

Every OnCue store that I have ever been in has ALWAYS been a really great quick stop experience!

Clean and functioning bathrooms, fountain machines that are well stocked and carbonated, and really great gasoline that I feel does last longer than other gasoline brands.

Not to mention the great service and good food at The Grill locations.

Keep on doing what you're doing InCue, because you're doing a great job!

Is there a lotto machine was still up and running at 11:10 and as far as I knew you were able to use the machines and cash in your tickets until midnight but the only person behind the register who was too busy counting money out of the drawer to even look up at me just said with no type of customer service they don't cash those after 10:00 pm and I feel like if the machine is working then they should be able to cash them in if they forgot to shut the machine down she should at least apologize not continue to look straight down with no customer service acting like it's my problem whenever they should be able to cash in a ticket if they allow you to get out of the machine I hate that aren't you is turning into 7-Elevens and be just as rude as the 7-Elevens are and honestly that's the reason that they went out of business so if it doesn't switch and finally find people that know how to talk to customers they're going to end up going the same route at 7-Eleven and having to shut down a bunch of stores and sell their entire corporation

I came in Sunday 1/28 and needed to break 3 $20s into small bills. I know this isn’t a favorite thing for convenience stores to do but the lady was so nice! She helped me use the self checkout for 3 separate transactions so I could get the right change and she got me out of there quickly and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her!

Don't use this thing it will steal your tank and not give you a new tank. Customer service for the machine is useless, they told me to go to mustang for a replacement tank and the reps inside the store won't even pay attention when you ask for help.

My family and I have lived nearby this gas station for the past 6 years and are there nearly every day. We enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru and always have a great experience with the employees. Loresa is typically working the window when we come in the afternoons. She always has a big smile and a warm greeting for us. When we visit this gas station, we feel valued as customers and welcomed like friends. Thank you to the OnCue staff for all the hard work you put into this store and incredible customer service.
