We are on vacation in Thunder Bay. Our master cylinder began malfunctioning on our way here from Windsor. We.were unable to locate the part anywhere along our route. It was a tense drive. Thankfully when we called, the part was in stock at this location. We very much appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the employees, in particular Hunter who knowledgeable helped us find everything we needed for the repair to be done in the parking lot. There will be no worries about brakes on our trip home. Thank-younfor your help and your dog friendly store!

spoke to jerry trying to find a simple hose, in our phone call he rudely cut me off when i was trying to say something and then put me on hold. then came back and offered me a hose that wasn’t oil resistant like i had originally asked for. then he proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else. talk about customer service!!! seems like this place has gone downhill BIG TIME without timo around anymore. rip

When a well known service station ( rhymes with Didas), basically told me I was on my own when it came to changing my ‘LED’ headlight and that they wouldn’t touch it’! I went in to Partsource today, prepared to have to pay top dollar for a new LED bulb. After 30 minutes looking it up on the computer, the owner and his staff found out that this was after the market work. He told me right of the bat, that the bulbs were actually HID bulbs. Now I don’t know all the lingo but, I do know what going the extra mile, looks like. After we discussed the parts needed it was concluded that maybe, the original outlets were still attached, once again, I was shown the issue under the hood, the original bulb plug was still in place. New bulbs were installed and everything works! No fancy HID, just plain halogen. $36 for 2 new bulbs and service that is priceless!

Since Heidi G showed up as assistant manager the place has gone downhill fast. She has zero vehicular knowledge and no customer service or people skills at all. While I was there the other day she made a customer wait for almost 5 minutes in the middle of their transaction to answer a personal phone call on her cellphone right at the counter and it was not an emergency. Then she started talking all this inappropriate racial nonsense about her ancestors and stolen land. The customer was very uncomfortable and so was I as it was very awkward. They are also losing all their good knowledgeable staff because of her. Management needs replacing fast.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Management is always a pleasure to deal with, as are all the current staff. This store is awesome, the best place to get parts and other car things.

No need to go to any other auto parts store. There is no other store in Thunder Bay that is this good. Super helpful, very friendly and a fair price. Keep out the outstanding customer service.

The gentleman who replace 4 batteries in my key fobs at the cash register should get a raise. OUTSTANDING ! Keep up the great work

Wow, awesome service and great experience. I had to buy a new starting battery for my boat and a new charger and they were great. The price was comparable to the big box stores, except here you walk in and someone right away helps you and was super knowledgeable. Thank you very much!

Hi. Went to Vickers St. Store purchased 5l oil for 42.99 and was not told oil filter was included for free with bundle they r advertising, Phone store looking for answer from a Jeff, One of the rudest ppl I have ever dealt with.. Then they wonder why they dont get any bussiness!
