Each year I purchase balloons for my year end piano recital. The staff has always been so helpful. This year I was exceptionally impressed with the way Jana, the store manager, arranged the balloon bunches for transport for me (each with the individual clips, which I provided, attached). No tangling of balloon ribbons at all with her arrangement, which made for smooth sailing at my event! Thank you Jana and staff!

I asked a man to order me a mask from another location a week ago saying I needed it for this week. He said it would be in quickly and I didn't need to worry cause he'll transfer it over from the Polo location and he'd call me. I kept waiting for a call, nothing. I tried to call yesterday, no answer. I went there, they were closed when online it said it was open. I called the Polo location and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. No call and no order from Regent. I need it for tomorrow for an assignment. Thanks for screwing me over.

Their card machine died on me and double charged me, the lady told me to connect with my bank if I don’t get the money back on my account during the weekend. I went to the back the next business day and was told to connect with party stuff as they have to issue me the refund. I did end up waiting a week to get my refund back from this store but during this time they were very helpful and very communicative as well as providing updates when needed, which I appreciate hence why I am giving them a 5 star. The managers at this location dealt with the issue I had very smoothly.

My sister was shopping for decorations for a 60th birthday at the Winnipeg location on October 24, 2024 and had a very unpleasant experience. While she was shopping at the Regent store, she was approached by a security person and then a store employee. By their words spoken to her, it became obvious that they believed she was stealing. She felt deeply offended, and put all the items down that she intended to purchase and left the store.

Party Stuff has LOST a customer and we will spread the word to warn others about the treatment they may receive.

Very disappointed with her experience. Hope this helps you decide where to shop. There are lots of choices that will treat a Customer like they are important to their business.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My fiancée and I were the only customers in the store, with four employees working, and not one offered to help us. When we were ready to check out, there was no one on the floor. We waited for five minutes, walked around the entire store, and still couldn’t find anyone. I had to go to the back room, open the door, and there they were, just chatting. I had to ask to be checked out. We spent nearly $200, and this was the service we got! If Party Stuff wasn’t the only store selling what we needed, we’d never come back. Absolutely terrible service!

The staff was not friendly at all. I don’t expect to them so be extremely friendly, but they ignored me when I was asking where to find a product. After I found what I wanted, me and another customer waited 5 minutes for any of the staff to help check out our items. We needed to wait another 5 minutes for them to acknowledge us and listen to us ask to be helped. The store itself is great, but the staff made the experience so much more difficult

Drove 2 hours to pick up pre ordered birthday balloons. Showed up as it was closing a door got locked in front of my face. Will never be back!
