I've been using Perth PC for over 10 years , with nothing but stellar performances from them. I recently needed a Gaming PC/ Work PC and called these guys with a reasonable budget and expectations . Within 6 mins of me calling them, they called me back with a deal that exceeded my expectations of the product, and was under budget. Extremely satisfied with the service, product and communication.
No matter what your computer/phone /instrument needs are, or even just for questions answered, go here first. Cannot overstate how helpful they are.

I have a specialized power tool that needed a mini switch replacement. The 2 power tool repair depots that I contacted would not work on this brand. I decided to try Brent at Perth PC. I had the new switch and had the machine apart for him. He looked at it and said it would be ready that day. It was ready. A very nice place to deal and very low key (which I like).

1st time going to PC Computer. I was looking for a battery replacement for our older Samsung tablet. Actually the tablet is for our Maine Coon, he enjoys watching baby goat and bird live videos.

They did not try to up sale us for a newer model. The tech agreed the unit was in great shape and was a premium tablet when purchased. Along it is working fine except for the original battery needed replacing.
They ordered in the battery which was in the next day as promised. Which ended up being at a little less than quoted.

I also purchased a new premium protective cover for my cell. Which was very comparable to online pricing.

The fellows were professional and courteous. Heck they referred to me as "miss" which I haven't heard for sometime. My parents ran a successful business in Perth for over 35 years. It was good to see a successful business in Perth with excellent small town customer service.
