My husband and I worked with Raofactor for our wedding in California a few weeks back and we are still in awe with how amazing everything turned out! There are no words to express how awesome Shaun and his team were when designing my wedding. He listened to and understood my wedding vision from the start and truly brought my dream wedding to life. His decor inventory is immaculate and he had a ton of beautiful options to choose from. Shaun has an obvious talent for creating and designing decor and florals. I was able to work with Shaun and get visuals on how the decor would look but when I walked into my wedding - it surpassed ALL of my expectations. I honestly couldn't believe how beautiful it turned out and how wonderfully it all came together. ALL of my guests were in awe of the decor! Lastly, weddings are far from cheap, however, Shaun worked with my budget and he did not let it affect my vision and limit my decor. They truly went above and beyond to make my dreams come true and I would recommend using RAOFACTOR for any size or type of wedding. They will not disappoint! Faith and her team at Raofactor were so amazing. They note everything you want and make really great design suggestions for your wedding. Faith worked with us and she really gets a feel for what you want and makes sure that’s what they will deliver. She kept constant and quick communications with us every step of the way. They met with us several times before the event and also did a mock up at the site to make sure everything is what you wanted. We used them for 2 out of our 3 day wedding at two different locations. They also do the florals such as bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages for the parents and the wedding party.

Same issues as other reviews when it comes to what is being promised versus delivered.

One of many issues, the cake table linen for the reception was supposed to be satin white, but instead was blue. We had wanted it to be white in meetings and in email. Tablecloths are pricey through them, so the color should be right.

Some items were not there or in wrong spots in the wedding/ reception, the team shrugged us of as a couple when we asked them about it (in our wedding attire). When our main wedding was about to start , well after the time we had originally planned, the Ganesha tablecloth was not on.

We had to tell them to put it on multiple times before they did it, because it will be in photos for the bharaat which was starting (and it started late).

For guests, they will think it is nice looking as they do not know all your ideas or what was discussed in the proposal. But as a couple, do you want to enter your wedding, wondering where items are or why it is a different color for the price you pay? Seriously tablecloths?

Most of the issues were in execution the day of as opposed to the design meetings.
