Michael Rodriguez “my salesman” went above and beyond and answered every single question I had, The truck I purchased is in excellent condition and since I arrived in Dallas, TX Michael picked us up at the airport, made every process of purchasing the truck quick and easy, we stayed in a hotel for two days while we closed the deal and he very kindly booked the hotel for us, drove us, and picked us up. At Rush Truck everyone was very friendly and professional, we are very happy with the purchase

Nothing like taking your truck to a professional shop, them telling you that you need a $5k turbo, and then only after the turbo has been replaced, now and only now they tell you that the injectors all need to be replaced due to the motor exhibiting the exact same problem that it had when we first brought it in. When asked how they didn’t know it was the injectors at first but now they are certain of it, the reason I was given (no joke) was that the injectors are causing low boost pressure from the turbo. The injectors are quoted at being $7k on top of the turbo.

Maybe I got the bad luck of the draw of a tech that doesn’t know what he is doing. But one way or another, having a shop just throw very expensive parts at a motor is not what I’m comfortable doing.

Personally, this has taught me to just take these things to the dealer and not some shop that just wants to make money at all costs off of a customer.
