Great business to deal with. Bony was extremely helpful with getting us set up on the upgrade of our phones. He didn't rush us, even though we kept him later than expected. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.

I got a quote from Sellphone Lab to replace the damaged back glass on my iPhone 12, the quote seemed reasonable so I booked an appointment to have the phone fixed. I dropped off the phone at the appointed time (11:00 a.m) and was told it would take 3 hours to complete the repair and I should come back at 2:00 p.m to pick up the phone. I told them with no cell phone there was no way to contact me other than by email.

At 1:25 p.m I received an email saying the the phone would not be ready until 4:00 p.m. It might come as as surprise to the Sellphone Labs but I had other appointments that day so I had to move my schedule to work around their work flow issues. When I came back to pick up the phone it was clearly not ready as it had many elastic bands holding the back onto the phone. I had also asked to have the screen protection replaced but that work was not done. Not wanting to waste any more time I took the phone as is and went home.

What a terrible way to treat your customers, if this is how you hand your finished product off to your clients you have a lot of work to do as this falls below any type of acceptable level of service. I will not be returning to Sellphone Lab in the future.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your customer experience and repair process.

Sellphone Lab was much cheaper than the other options for replacing the screen on my iPhone 14. I went with a third party OLED screen and I can’t tell the difference between the Apple one and the one Alisha expertly installed in about twenty minutes. I am very happy with the excellent customer service and my beautiful new screen!

Overall my experience was great at this location. Both Alisha and Param were great to deal with. I changed the display or screen of my mobile to the original one. For some reason I am not completely satisfied may be the screen is from other part of the world but I can make difference. I can compare with exact same make and model and there is a huge difference.
