My printer had a paper jam issue and Josh and his team were able to quickly solve the matter. Dropped it off in the afternoon and by the morning, I received a phone call telling me it was fixed. Impressed with the friendly service and efficient turnaround - would highly recommend!

Phone went for a swim in the bath so I put it in rice…only to find a grain of rice wedged in the charging port! Smart fix sorted it in two mins and generously didn’t charge a penny. Figured the least I can do is leave a 5 Star review. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service at Smart Fix - I cannot recommend them highly enough! Smart Fix managed to sort out my computer in speedy time and very reasonably priced too, considering all the work involved in rejuvenating my poor old bashed up lap top. My computer is like new and Steven and Josh were very patient and reassuring with me when I thought I had lost years of work, when in fact the guys had managed to recover all my files. Many thanks indeed I shall certainly use Smart Fix again in future

These guys are amazing, well informed, detailed in service and quick in their responses. Even though my Ipad problem reached a dead end, they continously helped as much as they could and kept me informed of everything. Eventually I donated it to them, with an old laptop and keyboard, which they happily accepted.
