We had an amazing experience with Suncoast Marine this past week. I spent 3 days on the phone with Garmin trying to fix the auto pilot on our Bluewater 23T. I was getting no where with Garmin’s phone support so we ended up contacting Suncoast for help. We drove the boat over, all the way from Orlando mind you, and they had us fixed up in no time. We spoke with Collin and Mike over the phone to schedule the service but Eric was who actually helped us. He was kind, considerate, and CLEARLY knew his stuff when it came to our electronics. He was able to streamline our system, fix the auto pilot, and show us some cool Garmin features that we didn’t know existed. If we ever build a boat again, we will absolutely be consulting these guys to get us rigged out correctly. Thanks guys!

I did a lot of research before got our new electronic for our boat. Suncoast was definitely the right choice they were very helpful thru the whole process even after hurrican Ian hit they still made sure they came out just a month later to get our stuff done. Eric actually came out and did the work he was N amazing young man very knowledgeable and help full he went above and beyond what he had to to help us out. We are very happy with the unit they suggested for us and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the amazing work yall did.

Eric from Suncoast came to calibrate the autopilot and GPS on my boat as there was a conflict between the two systems. He is clearly knowledgeable and corrected the issue quickly. Additionally he helped refine my technology settings so they are now better aligned for my use and showed me some additional helpful capabilities. I HIGHLY recommend Suncoast and Eric!!!! They are also doing an install of an additional unit.

I was only going to be docked in Clearwater for a week, including the MLK holiday. I had about 3 or 4 electrical issues, including my chart plotter and wind meter. I called on Friday evening, hoping they might squeeze me in late the next week. Instead, the owner called me from his cell phone on the way home, offered some very useful advice on things I hadn’t thought to do, and asked me to call him after the holiday if I still had any issues. He explained that they have about a 2-week waiting list, so I didn’t get me hopes up.

I managed to fix one of the issues based on his advise. When I called back 3 days later, he had Mike (a great guy) come out that morning. Fewer than 2 hours later everything was repaired and working great. This was WAY beyond my expectations. I can’t thank them enough for what they did. Now, my boat is humming along just great!

Suncoast Marine Electric was exceptional. They came to the house, evaluated all the issues and gave a reasonable quote for the work. They were very accommodating. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work as they said. I will certainly use them again.
