Wonderful experience with watch repair and maintenance with my Tissot automatic watch. Terrific customer service. Distance is never an issue, they’ll send you a prepaid shipping box to send to them for diagnosis and cost associated with it. Return is included regardless of whether you proceed with repair or maintenance.
A beautiful job was done in my watch. It was returned to me looking brand new.

When I gave my watch to the front desk, she told me they will contact me within 5 days(although my watch had no problem and with at least a simple check she could tell me that there is no problem and I didn’t have to gave them my watch) but they didn’t give me any explanation and just told me that it takes 5 days for contact. And it didn’t happen, after 7 days, I haven’t been contacted, I called my self. And the receptionist told me that there is no problem with my watch and just a click of button is needed to fix the lock. This simple word could be said at the beginning, not after 1 week and not when even they have not contacted me at all and I followed them to response.

I’m disappointed with the service here. I simply needed a battery replacement for my Tissot watch, but they insisted it wasn’t possible without a full service, which would cost nearly as much as a new watch. I appreciate expertise, but forcing a complete service for a minor issue feels unnecessary and costly. I expected more flexibility and customer consideration.

I bought 2 SWATCH watches for my 2 kids and after 3 months of normal wearing both clips on the watch broke. I contacted Swatch Canada, only for them to return an email 3 months later. They offered to send a replacement clip. I requested for a refund or exchange as I was worried the same thing was going to happen to the new watches. The material of the watches are flimsy and cheap. They scratched very easily. I would not recommend this product or this brand. After sending emails back and forth they offered to exchange for a different product. I had sent an email requesting for a different watch and I have yet to hear back and it's been 4 months since I last sent the email. I would not recommend this brand or product.

Guys, this company is very good in scamming people. They had tortured me 2 months without giving my refund for the returned item. Literally does not answer phone, ignores emails. I have almost lost 4kgs because of mental stress from this company. So, never buy from this group.
