Horrible people,just go elsewhere ,I will never buy any swatch watches and I will tell all my friends and family members not to buy as long is it run buy this kind off people calling themselves managers,I have stood on a queue for a new watch in front off me a bunch off youngsters was laughing and having good time (waiting 3 hours on the queue is boring) and this guy and another security guy was keeping provoking this youngster with I don’t know what stupid rules made by themselves banished 2 off them and on the end the manager (mupet) started to shut at them “ are you deaf open your ears wide “ back on the end off the queue ( this guys stood 3 hours on the queue to be sent back off end off the because tha manager makes the rules,,the rules should be desplaid so they can be obeyed you don’t make new rules every 5 minutes just because you are manager

I phoned the store a couple of weeks ago to find out what battery I needed for my 45 year old swatch. I live 60miles from the store. The gentleman offered to post a battery to me along with a new battery cover with no charge brilliant service thank you .

We had to pop in for new batteries, the staff is alway very friendly and the service second to none.

I have worked in the customer service industry for seven years and never had such poor customer service dissatisfaction. she needs further training and I’m may take this to court as I should be entitled to this refund.

I had purchased a the omega swatch down in London for my partners 5th anniversary. However I originally wanted to refund the item but a change of mind I decided to purchase the blancpain watch in a black and white in exchange. which is £110 extra! I had all the paperwork and receipt from the time of purchase as it’s specifys on the Terms and conditions on the bottom of the receipt. I asked if I could get a refund on this and the guilia said I can’t get a refund as I didn’t show her the card receipt. I’ve been manipulated in thinking I should listen to her perspective when in reality I’m right she’s wrong.

Finally I got moon watch. Whenever I walked in front of this store every time, it was out of stock, but one day happened to be in stock, so I bought it. When I always asked my employees whether they would reconsider, they responded kindly.
But moon watch is too overvalued….

While the staff were fine, the two security were having a relaxed chat in their native languages and greeted us with "good evening". After not hearing and responding, one of them raised their tone and stated us down. Saying in an intimidating matter to say "I SAID GOOD EVENING" . This experience made us feel extremely threatened and unwelcome.

This is absolutely appalling, and is not a way to treat potential customers. If a customer doesn't wish to respond/or is unable to hear they should still feel welcome to browse freely in the store rather than be intimidated by security. What if customers were hearing impaired or disabled?

Unfortunately due to this occurrence, I can't really recommend anyone to come to this Swatch store and will have to give it 1 star.

To Sean and the 2 girls in the shop this afternoon; (staying in Edinburgh for a few days) I went over to ask a simple question I had about my Swatch watch I got for Xmas 2022 from my dear husband and it happened that my watch was faulty. Not only the girls super amazing attention and customer service but Sean swapped the head of my watch with no problem. Sean and his team reminded me of what a perfect customer service Swatch has and always had. Greatly appreciate your help. Thank you so much.
