Took my Rolex to get band fixed and 1940's 18k Gold Norexa with broken crown, They fixed both watches in a timely manner for a very fair price, they been there since the 70's and have a excellent reputation of helping people, not to mention they have an extraordinary Rolex and High-end watch collection for sale at unbeatable prices.

I normally give four stars for good service and 3 stars for average service. I give 5 stars because they take time to be inviting to their customers. They are funny and easy to talk to. They treated me not just as a customer but a respected and valued client. Yes, they did an awesome job on my watches I had them look at. I have recently purchased a time piece from Swiss Watch and Diamond Exchange. I had excellent communication both Email and verbally (Dan), who described the watch as perfect. It was and i'm very pleased with it.
The transaction went smoothly and was quickly freighted from USA to Australia.

The only place I will take my collection for service or repair. I have been to other so called Swiss watch repair places and have been disappointed. The don't rush the repair, they take the time needed so they can get it right. Thank you for the exceptional service on my Pateks, Rolex's, Zeiths and other fine watches. You can find other repair places that are cheaper but that's what you get. Do you really want to entrust you fine time piece to the lowest bidder? Not me. Thank you.

I would not recommend this place at all. They will give you unrealistic price quotes on phone and they do not obey the quotes when you actually reach the place. Finally the people who owns the place Joseph and Dan are extremely rude. If you ask something from them they say "we know our business don't teach us". They should go and first learn how to treat a customer. Hope you see their arrogance in the response they will give to this review.
