This place is the best! After visiting a few places in Milton with no luck, I brought my laptop in for a charger issue. They diagnosed and fixed it within a few hours and it ended up being very affordable. Saqib and the gentleman there are fantastic!!! Definitely will be back for my other devices. 🙂

Very Disappointed!!! Dealing with Raja who has poor knowledge on electronics. I would Never recommend this place. Got stuck with $350 device that is totally useless for my needs. Paid the price with cash. Pick another location with higher Review Rates than this Milton location as this Raja has no idea on products he sells in this Shop. No deals No help to solve the problem. Sad experience I can tell…..Don’t get fooled like me!

Brought my sons play station in to get fixed and brought it home worked for a hour then he said I needed a new hdmi cable so I brought from their store and still didn’t work. Brought machine to another close friend who found that they never did the work they said they did which was to the hdmi port! Strongly suggest to stay away from these frauds!

Just because the person at the store that overcharged me but said they gave me a "deal" was not white, I was accused of being racist by the end of the phone call. How did they know what colour I was? Why did it have to go to that level? Good or poor customer service is the same no matter your colour, ethnicity or religion. It is severely lacking now and with all the competition out there, you would think it would be better. It's the upside down world we are living in now. I was angrily told I should appreciate the "deal" I was given instead. I should have gone for the free upgrade I was offered by my provider but I was trying to avoid one more phone in our landfill. Lesson learned. A head's up to all. He says he has 11 cameras, with sound, throughout the store. Pretty excessive for a small shop. Sounds like someone expecting problems or an untrustworthy individual trying to cover themselves.

The price was fair to fix my device and for used devices! They have excellent customer service and can answer important questions over the phone about if the device you are bringing can be repaired by them. A repair I got here was about $50 cheaper than if I went with Microsoft!

Here my experience with Raja ! That's guy is a wonderful fela he helped me and fixed my phone with a really good prices! he was honest , changed the phone battery efficiently
Before I came Raja place i tried other shops around him and they tried to trick me and cheat me with high price and bad quality too .. I'm so garetful that I came Raja place and he was able to fixed my phone with really cheap price ! Thanks Raja!!
