I trust this store but they do not deserve my trust. They stole part from my mac book. They replaced the battery with different brand. I want to the apple store and they told me someone open your laptop and replace the batteries with a different brand batteries and they put the tapes around so you cannot know they are stolen.I am really advising do not come to this store.

Im sad to say that as of today i will no longer go to Techville in Oakville on Kerr st. Been going there since they opened.
Moments ago i got crappy service, attitude, and a feeling like i didnt matter from the person that took my call.

I asked for a screen protector ive been buying there for at least 5 years and they always tell me we dont have it but will order it for you sir.

Today i got a flat out NO. After explaining the usual response i get the person then "checked in the back" them told me MY option that he could order for me. Yes that is what techvill has always done. Making me a repeat cudtomer. His excuse, he says he didnt understand the ask. Then after saying i just want us to be clear with eachother he gave me more attitude

Prior to this call, i was hung up on twice after waiting on hold.

I know who this person with attitude is and ive disregarded his behaviour in the past. But not this time. He shouldnt be customer facing if he is an unhappy grumpy individual with a superiority complex

Your man here has pushed yet another customer into the arms of Amazon.

Fyi everyone.. techville was charging me $25 or more for single screen protectors and to apply it to my phone

Amzon is doing 3 for 8.99 then 10.05 after tax

Without the attitude and trip to techville

Strongly recommend removing this individual as he had offended my, my wife and my Father.

I went to Techville Digital Oakville for my passport photos. I was greeted by Lief who also took my picture and processed it. It was done in about 10 minutes or so, and the photos were good. Lief was helpful answering my questions about the photos. I didn't have any issue with the photos when I submitted for my passport application.

The dude that came by to fix my oven and fridge was great. But this company really takes you for a ride financially. I'd say choose anyone else. I don't even want to write what these guys charged for an oven igniter & a fridge light part including their 15 minutes of "labour". Sheesh.

Bought ajustable dumbell with stand, April 5, got them 45 days after giving them my money. Never replyed to email, never replyed to messenger support, poor communication. Had to call them and I was surprised someone answered my call ! I'm giving them 3 stars because I had a very good price and dumbell are very nice!

Brought in a watch for a simple battery replacement, took them 3 minutes to make many scratches on the backplate, then returned to me saying they don’t have the battery for it. They also denied causing damage when all of it was clearly caused by attempted plate removal. Do not bring your items here! Unqualified techs.
