I bought an iphone 12 mini off a n advertisement on facebook marketplace. Staff was friendly, and gave me a 30 day warranty. Unfortunately I had to claim warranty on the phone’s screen but they replaced it without issue very quickly, and gave me 15 days warranty on the repaired screen. Good experience.

Izhar has made both myself and my mother's Day, maybe even the week! This was our fourth store we had come to, looking for a cheap flip phone. The first store we visited, tried charging us $80 for a second-hand phone plus $10 for the plug in outlet. We negotiated to $65 (phone only) but when we had put it through and was about to pay, it somehow jumped to 73 ("shipping charges" supposedly) the second one was worse, they try charging us a $100 when the third one didn't know if I didn't have cell phones that were compatible with lucky Mobile SIM cards but 4th store, somehow was our lucky charm. We had found a brand new flip phone, outlet plug, even a cord all for the low low price of $85 if you're shopping in the area, I would definitely recommend the store! 👍🏽👍🏽 10/10

I bought a iPhone 12 from them. Two weeks later the phone is shutting off. I bring it to them and they keep it for three days claiming they shipped it to a different location to have it fixed but find my iPhone showed it stayed there the entire time and probably didn’t even look at it.

I’m not even using the 12 i bought from them I’m using the old one I didn’t want due to battery issues and stalling Now it’s been about two weeks I got it back went on vacation and the phone won’t turn on at all. Imagine going on vacation for your birthday and the phone you just bought doesn’t work

All I can say is they are rude they are not for the people but for them selfs. I showed them my receipt of purchase and still gave me a problem bc I didn’t bring the card.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !! Don’t give them your hard earned money.

DO NOT go here, they sell broken phones. Waste of ur time, I had to return two phones both faulty. Everyone I sent to them HATE the phones they were given too and eventually sold them. any time I have gone to Raza telecommunications I never have a issue with any of the phones I bought from them

Came in for an authentic iPhone charger and had paid however I was told the charger that I had just received was not authentic and that they did not have them in stock at the time. They thankfully gave me two temporary chargers and was told I could come back when I had time for the authentic one. Despite how long I waited to come in due to my busy schedule they allowed me to come back and grab my charger as well as keeping the temporary charger they had given me, owner is super nice though.
