I attempted to purchase a Royal Oak, working primarily with Bill Comfort. Initially, the communication was satisfactory; however, after two days, my calls and text messages were no longer acknowledged. This lapse in communication was unexpected, especially considering my history as a return customer.

Ultimately, I was compelled to seek an alternative dealer through which I successfully acquired the Royal Oak. I am sharing this experience not out of malice, but to provide an honest account for others who might find themselves in a similar situation.

Wow... Where do I begin. Bill went above and beyond. I had an issue with another supplier shipping thus forcing me to think all hope was lost to get the watch I wanted in time for our wedding. Luckily I found Bill and watch box. He not only got the watch to me super fast as promised for my wedding day. He also added the personal touches to make the entire experience truly memorable. Now I have an incredible watch that will remain special for years to come from the memories of our wedding. I'll definitely be returning to do my future business with this company and Bill!! This is literally the second review I’ve ever left.
Mr. Phil Maltese did a fantastic job helping me acquire this amazing Chopard piece. Since I’m not close to any of their offices, everything was done remotely, and smoothly. Before this I’ve never made a purchase before looking at the product in person, so at the beginning I was a bit unsure about everything, from transferring the money to the condition of the piece. But Phil was really patient with me asking similar question over and over, and explained every detail about how things work. Also I can tell he’s passionate about his job. He’s so responsive and always reply my message quickly even it’s not during business hours. And he does everything he could to help you get a good price. Eventually the watch came to me shortly after I wired the money, in mint condition (love it)! The whole process was done quickly and smoothly, without any surprise.
I feel fortunate to work with Phil, and will definitely reach out to him for my next piece from the Watchbox. Definitely recommend him if you’re interested in a piece.
