Had a harddrive fail on my unexpectedly with a lot of important information held on it. Melvin at the control panel was really knowledgeable and reassuring about my data and walked me through all my options. In the end they managed to recover all of my 2TB of data. Great service here, will definitely use again.

I have popped into this place several times over the years and have always had fantastic service. Today they replaced the fan in my PC in about 5 minutes ensuring that I could still use it causing minimal disruption to my business.

I think what I like most about them is the fact that they talk to you in a language you can understand and don’t make you feel like an idiot because you don’t ‘get’ computers (me). The service is friendly and very efficient.

First time using the Control Panel and can't recommend it high enough, I will definitely be going back in the future. Best repair shop in the city!
Brought my laptop in as it wasn't turning this morning. Got a phone call just before 2 pm same day and they had it fixed, up and running like new. Absolutely amazing!
