I was recently quoted £80 to replace the rechargeable battery on my Casio solar watch. This was more than the cost of the watch. I ended up sending the watch to Casio and they replaced the battery for £25.

Needed a new black steel strap for my watch, had it ordered and arrive within 2 days. Took about 5 minutes before it was on my watch and fitted to my wrist. Customer service is 10/10, can't recommend enough

A few weeks ago, this shop quoted me around £50 for an extra half link (plus installation I'm assuming) for a tissot prx watch I bought my partner for Christmas (the watch was only around £300). I initially thought the price was high due to the cost of extra links and pins, because I knew it would be very quick and easy to install a new link to this type of watch but I shopped around and was just told that the extra link and pin would be 7.50, plus around £10-20 for installation. Looking at the other reviews, I am very glad I avoided this place. Make sure you shop around as there is much more affordable places in the area with better price transparency.

Brought along 4 watches - 3 needing batteries (so I thought) and one which could no longer be set to the exact time after having a battery fitted at Timpsons. Callum dear with me in a professional & friendly manner and ultimately saved me money. Excellent service & I’ll go back there instead of going local.

Went there since my watch had randomly lost 10 mins, the guy knew what he was talking about. He checked and changed the battery for free as it was still in warranty from the last time the battery was changed. Took no time at all as well!
