I ordered a specific fuse from a clerk. However, he mistakenly ordered the wrong part and claimed he had ordered the one I wanted. When I voiced my concerns, he spoke condescendingly to me before admitting that his supplier did not have the fuse in stock.

I wish he had informed me about the unavailability of the part when I initially placed my order. This would have saved both of us time and prevented any confusion.

The customer service here is bad. On both occasions that I visited, the clerks were engaged in casual conversations and seemed bothered by the interruption when they had to attend to customers.

Hopfully, management takes steps to address these issues in order to provide better experiences for their customers.

Extremely quick lead times on special orders. The wealth of knowledge that James and the staff have have on all the products they provide or can obtain, Products that I didn't even know existed. When I have a unique and detailed project, I'll call them up and described the situation and nearly always they will have another amazing product that fits my needs perfectly.

I truly Feel that they believe that my success is their succes...
